Orders and prices

Use accurate order and contact information. Products, quantities, prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes and the total are presented before checkout. Currency is shown when purchasing. We may decline an order for fraud, unavailable inventory or an error; if payment was collected for an order we cannot fulfill, we will notify you and refund it. We will not substitute a product or raise an accepted order's price without your agreement.

Delivery, refunds and subscriptions

Estimated U.S. delivery is 7–12 business days after the order is placed, including processing. See the Shipping Policy. The Earthly Derm offer includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy. Longer guarantees offered with an existing purchase remain valid. Optional recurring purchases are governed by the terms disclosed at checkout and the Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
